	Fully automated clinical chemistry analyzers (a & b) are available for biochemical parameter testing of patient serum and urine samples. The tests include Liver Function Tests (LFT), Kidny Function Tests (KFT), Complete lipid profile and micronutrients Assays.
HAEMATOLOGY LABORATORY HPLC machine (a)Biorad Variant II is an automated high-volume testing system offering positive specimen identification, a LIS interface, and ready-to-use test kits for identification of sickle cell anemia, beta-thalassemia and other Hb variants such as HbD and HbE.	a	b
	Automated Cell Counter (b) provides a CBC with 8 parameters, including a 3-part WBC Differential with an absolute neutrophil count (ANC). The results include histograms for WBC, RBC and PLT.
MOLECULAR LABORATORY Automated Nucleic Acid Extractor (a) System adopts magnetic bead separation technology for purification of DNA and RNA from samples. This instrument is capable of processing samples from 1-96 on a 96 well plate thus enabling high-throughput extraction of nucleic acids with minimum human intervention in 11-30 minutes.	a	b
	2 PCR machines and 1 Real time PCR assays (b) are rapid and sensitive determination and quantitation of nucleic acid in biological samples, with diverse applications such as SNP detection, gene expression analysis etc.

Lab is equipped with 24-capillary 3500xL Genetic Analyzer can be used for a wide variety of applications, including de novo sequencing and resequencing (mutational profiling), as well as microsatellite analysis, MLPA™, LOH, MLST, and SNP validation or screening.	Our molecular laboratory is equipped with a biosafety cabinate to perform all wet molecular work experiments.
	We have installed DxFlex Flow-cytometer which is of a compact design with intuitive software. It has 3 laser and up to 13-color detection and an enhanced optical path for increased sensitivity that ensure accurate results and makes flow cytometry data collection easy. It has Inlet system for 12×75 mm & micro-scale sample tube loading via single tube loader (up to 30,000 events per sec). It is primarily used for the qualitative and quantitative measurement of biological and physical properties of cells and other particles in bone marrow, peripheral blood and other biological fluids. Uses in clinical application as : currently we are using it for immunophenotyping, diagnosis of Paroxysmal Haemoglobinuria (PNH), lymphocyte subsets analysis as primary screening test for diagnosing Primary Immunodeficiency disorders (PIDs)
